PIXL LINES LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

(a) “Company” shall mean Pixl Lines LLC, its subsidiaries, related companies, agents, and representatives.

(b) “Customer” shall mean “You,” the person for whom the Company is rendering services, as well as business entities, its  principals, agents, and representatives, including but not limited to, shippers, receivers, agents, insurers, and underwriters. It is the responsibility of Customer to provide notice of these terms and conditions of service to all such persons.

(c) “Documentation” shall mean all information received directly or indirectly from Customer, whether in paper or electronic form.

(d) “Third parties” shall include motor carriers, drivers, warehouse workers, and others to whom the goods are entrusted for transportation, handling, delivery, and/or storage.

(e) “Cargo” Certain types of cargo are prohibited in trucking, including hazardous materials, illegal drugs, and items that violate the following: Liquids of any kind, including but not limited to beverages, chemicals, paints, fuels, oils, solvents, cleaning products, or any item containing liquid, semi-liquid, or fluid content, whether sealed or unsealed, are strictly prohibited from transport.
Flammable or combustible materials, including flammable liquids, gases, or vapors (e.g., gasoline, propane, acetone, paint thinner, aerosols, etc.), are strictly prohibited. Any cargo containing moisture, condensation, or items that could leak, spill, or cause damage to other freight or containers during transport, will be refused at pickup. Hazardous Materials, including Explosives - Items that can cause explosions or are highly flammable; Toxic Substances - Chemicals that can cause harm to health or the environment; Radioactive Materials- Cargo that emits radiation and poses health risks; Illegal Goods; Controlled Substances: Illegal or Illicit Drugs and substances that are illegal to transport under federal law; Stolen Property: Cargo that is known to be stolen; Any Agricultural Products; Invasive Species: Plants or animals that can harm local ecosystems; Unprocessed Food; Oversized or Overweight Loads; Oversized Loads; Animals or Animal parts: Waste Materials; and Specie (currency and coins, including those made of gold or other valuable material).

(f) Understanding these restrictions is crucial for compliance and safety in interstate trucking operations. At the time of pickup, Customer may be required to acknowledge and certify in writing that the shipment contains no prohibited materials, including but not limited to liquids, semi-liquids, hazardous substances, or flammable materials.
Failure to make such certification, or providing false or incomplete information, shall render Customer fully liable for any resulting loss, damage, contamination, cleanup costs, or regulatory fines, and may result in immediate termination of transport at PIXL’s discretion. (g) Customer is solely responsible for properly packing, securing, and loading all items placed in the Pixl container. Pixl and its delivery partners assume no responsibility or liability for the manner in which items are packed, secured, or loaded, or for any resulting loss or damage to contents. All items must be arranged to prevent shifting, breakage, or other damage during transport. Any damage to contents arising from how the container was packed or loaded shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Pixl and its affiliates shall not be responsible for concealed damage, internal breakage, or loss resulting from the manner in which the container was packed or loaded. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixl, its affiliates, contractors, and carriers from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the Customer’s packing, loading, or securing of the container or its contents.
