A Smarter Fit for Student Moves

PIXLTM helps students move what matters without overcomplicating the move. It makes sense when the shipment is larger than a few boxes, driving everything yourself is not practical, multiple trips would be a headache, or renting a truck feels like too much.

The goal is simple: move what you need, skip what you do not, and get to the next chapter with less friction.

Phase Event What to Expect / Customer Responsibility Fees
1. Booking & Payment You will schedule container drop-off, pickup, delivery, and return dates. You will receive a confirmation email with your full delivery schedule and payment receipt for your records. You may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (if before the empty container delivery).
2. Empty Container Delivery Communication Pixl or its delivery partner will contact you by phone, email, or text to confirm the scheduled delivery window.
3. Empty Container Delivery A driver will deliver your empty Pixl container to a ground-level, easily accessible area during your scheduled window to be signed by You. Load your approved goods and You may notify Pixl when the container is ready for pickup (via call, text, or email). If you cancel service after the container is delivered, a $100 pickup fee may apply. Pixl will retrieve the container within 3 business days of cancellation.
4. Container Pickup Communication Pixl or its delivery partner will contact you in advance of your scheduled pickup window to confirm timing.
5. Container Pickup A driver will pick up your loaded Pixl container and prepare it for transport to your destination. Ensure the container is accessible for pickup during your scheduled window. You will sign for its release to PIXL.
6. Container Delivery Communication Pixl or its delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your destination delivery window.
7. Container Delivery A driver will deliver your container to the destination in an easily accessible ground-level area. Unload your goods and You may notify Pixl once the container is empty and ready for return (via call, text, or email). If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, Pixl will reschedule with You. After a second failed attempt, storage fees of $10/day apply until delivery. If not rescheduled within 7 days, the container and its contents will be deemed abandoned.
